The steps just never made sense to me at all

From the beginning, I found the sequence of steps required to set up the software confusing and disorganized. I started with the onboarding, but the training sessions jumped between topics like the dialer, database, and calling tools without a clear order. It felt like I was missing information needed to understand each feature before moving on. Signing up and payment were straightforward enough, but once inside the software, I struggled to know what to do next. Automatic updates sometimes changed layouts or functionalities without explaining why, making it harder to keep track of progress. Telephonic support was available but often felt reactive rather than proactive. The moment it really clicked for me never came, despite repeated attempts. Instead, the entire process felt like trying to assemble a machine without the instructions in the proper sequence. For someone who prefers clear and logical steps, this approach was frustrating and unsuccessful in helping me get comfortable with the software.
