The step order was okay, but some could be rearranged; I'd use it again
Going through the software onboarding, I found that while most steps were laid out logically, a few transitions felt odd. For example, immediately after entering payment details, I was prompted to set up the database before even fully exploring the calling system. This sequence made me pause and reconsider my workflow. Moreover, the training videos provided clear instructions but didn’t always match the order of the software menus I encountered, which was confusing at times. However, the invoicing and sign-up were consistent and correctly ordered, making that part of the process efficient. Technical support was available when I needed it, which helped smooth out inconsistencies. After weighing these experiences, I believe I would still use this software again because the overall structure, though improvable, is effective and the features meet my basic expectations.
