The standout was the balanced waiting times
My experience with WFHI's sales and pre-purchase process involved some notable repetition and waiting, which made me carefully weigh the pros and cons. Initially, there were multiple calls and demonstrations that felt somewhat repetitive, as many features were explained more than once in similar ways. This could have been a bit streamlined, but it also gave me time to digest the information and ask follow-up questions. The invoicing and payment details were clearly covered but required waiting for email confirmations and support response, which delayed proceeding further by a couple of days. However, I recognize that such pauses might be necessary for accurate documentation and internal verification. On the other hand, the training sessions that followed had a better pace, with fewer redundancies and more practical focus. The telephone support during sign-up was responsive, albeit with some wait times that reflected their priority assistance protocol. Overall, while the pre-purchase engagement involved some back-and-forth and mild waiting, it helped build clarity and confidence with the software’s capabilities. If the initial steps were less repetitive, the process would feel tighter. But understanding the need for caution balanced that wait well enough to keep me positive about the experience.
