The software was confusing and frustrating
I really struggled with the software. The steps they provided didn’t seem to flow in a sensible order, which made things much harder than I expected. I found myself going back and forth trying to figure out what to do next. It was frustrating as I thought I was missing something obvious, but clearly, it just didn’t work for me as I hoped it would. Even getting access felt complicated and discouraging.
