The software struggled with daily usage, not just first try
After using the software for a few weeks, I’ve come to realize it’s not as stable on a day-to-day basis as one might hope. Initially, things looked promising during setup and initial testing, but routine tasks often ran into issues. For instance, the dialer occasionally failed to connect calls properly, meaning I had to restart it multiple times which is inconvenient especially when following a tight schedule. The database feature worked fine sometimes but often took too long fetching or updating records. This inconsistency makes it hard to rely on the tool reliably throughout the day. The automatic updates were meant to help but sometimes these interrupted my workflow unexpectedly, without prior heads-up, leading to periods when the software was unusable or sluggish. On a positive note, the design is user-friendly enough, and when functionalities do work, they definitely align with what I need. But overall the frequent slowdowns and bugs have been frustrating enough that I usually revert to older, more dependable methods for critical day-to-day tasks. I would explain this to friends as software with potential but not solid enough to trust daily without some glitches.
