The signup steps were out of order mostly

I went through the sales and pre-purchase process expecting a logical sequence, but the steps seemed random and poorly organized. First, information was requested without clearly explaining what the product functionality would be. The sign-up form arrived before I had fully understood the software features or the payment terms. This caused confusion because I felt pressured to provide details early on, without knowing if the service was right for me. Later, invoicing information was shared before some key product explanations had been completed, breaking the flow. These steps being shuffled made the experience more frustrating, as I had to repeatedly check emails and seek clarifications through the support channel. The automatic updates and database features sounded good, but I hadn't reached those stages yet due to the disorganized onboarding. There was no clear guidance on when the training sessions would start relative to payment, so I kept wondering what comes next. Overall, the scatter of steps undermined my confidence in the process, and I believe a clearer, more logical order would have improved the pre-purchase journey greatly. I am left uncertain if I should continue or look for alternatives because the order just didn’t help me understand the product properly.
