The setup was painful, especially the ongoing process

I initially thought that the training and onboarding would mostly involve a one-time setup, something I could complete quickly and then move on. Unfortunately, that expectation was not met. Instead, much of the process turned out to be ongoing, with repeated setup steps and continual adjustments required. What really frustrated me was that updates to the dialer and database features happened often enough that I felt I was constantly being forced to re-learn how to use the software. The training did a decent job of explaining the basics, but I expected the onboarding to be more stable once I had completed it. The sign-up and invoicing process itself was straightforward, but that did not offset the frequent retraining and waiting. Compared to other software experiences I've had, this was a bigger time drain and much more cumbersome. The one positive was that telephonic support was available to help during these situations, though it didn’t fully eliminate the hassle caused by all the repeated setup work. Overall, the ongoing nature of the setup was a major downside for me, and it made using the software more difficult than I anticipated.
