The setup took effort with some repeats and waiting
Getting started with the WFHI software was a bit of a mixed experience. On one hand, the initial sign-up and access process was straightforward, so I could get into the system soon enough. But then, when I moved on to using the dialer and calling tools, there were moments I had to wait for updates to sync or repeat certain steps because changes hadn't saved correctly the first time. This led to some frustration since it slowed down my workflow, especially as I was juggling different tasks. On the plus side, once these bumps were ironed out, the software responded well and felt stable. Also, the support team was available, though the waiting on the phone sometimes stretched longer than I’d hope. Overall, the effort was worthwhile, but I think a few smoother automatic updates or better initial setups would make the experience feel less drawn out.
