The Setup Stage Took Most Effort But Was Worth It

The training and onboarding process was quite thorough overall, but I definitely found myself figuring out a lot of the details on my own. While the initial walkthrough was helpful in covering the basic uses of the software, I had to spend some extra time understanding how the calling tools fit into my daily workflow. It wasn’t immediate how the database feature could be best leveraged, so I pieced it together through trial and error. Also, some parts of the automatic updates weren’t clearly explained upfront, which led to a few surprises during actual use. However, the telephonic support was readily available when I reached out with questions, which made a difference. The documentation covered key points but sometimes felt a bit sparse for a newcomer. Invoicing and payment steps went smoothly without glitches, which was a relief compared to other platforms I’ve tried. All in all, I’d say the onboarding definitely has a learning curve, but it’s manageable once you dive in. Most of the setup challenges came from how much initiative I needed to take myself, which balanced out some of the helpful guidance provided. I’d recommend prospective users prepare for some independent exploration, but the positive impact on managing remote workflows is worth that effort.
