The setup had good points but ongoing support was disappointing
When I started using the software and went through the onboarding flow, I noticed that the initial setup was quite comprehensive and covered most things I expected, like database configuration and getting familiar with the call dialer tools. I appreciated that much of the one-off setup was automated and well-documented, which made my first days manageable. On the other hand, I found that after these initial stages, regular updates introduced some changes that required reading release notes carefully to avoid disruptions. While telephonic support was available and helpful for some issues, sometimes I felt like they were reactive rather than proactively guiding me through newer features or best practices. The priority assistance was useful but not guaranteed to be instant, so if a problem came up during working hours, I occasionally had to wait or figure things out myself. Invoicing and payments were clear, with no surprises there, which added stability to the experience. So while the first part of the setup and training showed strong preparation, the ongoing support and communication could be better planned to help those of us who use the software on a daily basis. It’s a mixed bag: some steps work well, but others leave room for improvement.
