The setup felt a bit drawn-out between initial and ongoing parts
After signing up with WFHI, I noticed that much of the setup required an initial concentrated effort—attending training, learning the software interface, and configuring the database to suit my workflows. This phase demanded several hours within a week and some coordination via telephonic support to clarify certain points. Once I passed this stage, the software functioned reasonably well with regular automatic updates which appeared seamlessly without disrupting my work. However, the ongoing effort to maintain the calling tools and manage updated database entries remains steady but manageable. Billing and payment processes required little active input beyond signing up and reviewing invoices, which felt standard. Overall, I would describe the whole experience as somewhat segmented: a heavier upfront setup stage followed by more predictable recurring use and maintenance. Not too complicated but not completely hands-off either. I found this pattern typical of software platforms that integrate deeply with remote workflows, where an initial familiarisation is important before smoother ongoing operation can be achieved.
