The setup effort was surprisingly manageable
When I first started with the WFHI training and onboarding, I wondered how much time and effort it would take to get everything in place. It turned out the initial setup was quite a one-off process. The software installation, understanding the dashboard, and integrating it with my existing tools required a fair amount of attention initially. However, once those steps were done, I found that the ongoing work needed to maintain and update the workflows was minimal. The automatic updates helped avoid manual interventions, which was a real relief. Going through the thorough training sessions, I felt equipped to handle the software confidently. That base of knowledge really made the daily use smoother than I had anticipated. Of course, there were moments where I had to revisit some parts of the training for clarity, but those were quick refreshers rather than long repeats. Overall, the balance between upfront effort and subsequent ease felt right for me, and I think this approach will work well for folks starting remote workflows without overwhelming them continuously.
