The sequence of training steps was quite puzzling
The training program started out with a general overview that felt a bit too broad before even introducing the fundamental tools we'd use daily. This seemed backward because without understanding the basic calling tools or how the database feature worked, it was hard to follow the later material effectively. Several times I felt that a more logical flow—starting simple and gradually building—would have saved me time and confusion. During onboarding, the steps often jumped from technical setup straight to complex functions without enough practical examples in between. This made it difficult to apply what was taught when actually working within the software. The support team was available, but the disorganized sequence made asking questions necessary more often. While the intention behind covering everything quickly was clear, a more structured approach aligning with user needs would have been welcome. Looking back, I struggled mostly because the training did not prioritize easing us into the system in a sensible manner.
