The sales steps were mostly clear but not exactly how I expected
I found the sales and pre-purchase process generally sensible and logically ordered, which made it straightforward to follow. I was expecting a more consultative approach where staff might guide me more personally through the options before purchasing, but mostly it was a self-guided flow through the website and document reviews. The registration and payment steps were in a reasonable sequence, allowing me to get set up without encountering unclear menu paths or missing information. One small downside was that some information relevant to the training options appeared only after completing the sale, which surprised me a little. Still, the overall order of steps and expectations met a practical standard and didn't trip me up, so I can say it was a pretty smooth experience with just a minor gap between what I anticipated and what was actually presented.
