The sales process was confusing
I found the overall sales process quite complicated. While the software has potential, there were too many hiccups when I wanted to sort things out. I did appreciate the clarity on one issue, but that didn't really make the entire experience any better. The communication left a lot to be desired, and it felt like I was left hanging at times.
