The pros and cons compared to what I used before

When I first signed up and started using the software from WFHI, I expected improvements over my previous tools. There were some benefits that stood out; for instance, the automated updates were definitely a step up because I didn’t have to worry about manual installations anymore. The database feature was okay but felt less intuitive than what I was used to, and the calling tools frequently crashed, which was a major setback for my workflow. During onboarding, I found the instructions quite confusing, which meant I had to figure a lot out on my own, unlike the simpler guides I had before. Support calls took too long to connect and didn’t always resolve my issues, adding to the frustration. When it came to payments and invoicing, the process was clunky and lacked clarity, causing unnecessary delays. Looking back, while I liked some elements such as automatic updates, the overall experience made me wish I had stuck with my previous setup. It felt as though this software was not fully ready or optimized for the kind of work I needed to do regularly and that made me quite disappointed a while after I started.
