The process was thorough but I would definitely go through it again
I appreciated how methodical the sales and onboarding process was when I engaged with the product. There was some repetition in the explanations which at times felt a bit excessive and slowed things down. Waiting times for responses were also moderate but not overly frustrating. However, the thorough approach ensured I understood what the software entails before fully committing. Given this, I would definitely choose to do it again because the clarity gained was worth the mild inconvenience. The structured flow made me feeling confident about using the software going forward.
