The process was frustratingly unclear
Unfortunately, the steps for accessing the software just did not make sense. I tried following the guide multiple times, but things felt jumbled and confusing. It became more frustrating than helpful. I wouldn't do this again unless there are some serious improvements in the layout or access instructions.
