You offered a software and training bundle that sounded promising before purchase, and in many ways it did deliver on that promise. The sign-up process and invoicing were straightforward, which helped me get started quickly without much delay. However, it took longer than I initially expected to fully get comfortable using the dialer and database features together in my workflow. While the automatic updates were mostly seamless, occasionally they caused brief interruptions that weren’t anticipated. Your telephonic support was generally responsive, offering help when needed, though there were moments I wanted quicker solutions. Overall, you delivered a platform close to what I had hoped for, just slower than I thought it would be to master it. If you could streamline onboarding and address interruptions from updates, it would bring this from four to five stars for me. Still, I appreciate the intuitive nature of the software and the accessible support team.
