the process took far longer than it should have
I found the pre-purchase sales phase unexpectedly taxing because the labels and descriptions used throughout were confusing and inconsistent. Some terms did not clearly convey their function, which meant I had to spend extra time asking questions that should have been answered plainly in the materials provided. This lack of clarity in the sales documentation made the initial experience frustrating. Furthermore, the sign-up steps did not flow intuitively given these unclear labels, so navigating through the offered software modules felt like guesswork rather than a guided experience. Although I recognize that the invoicing system itself was functional and the billing details were accurate, the effort required to understand what exactly was being purchased was significant. Ultimately, the communication could have been made clearer both in written form and during telephonic support calls. While there were some helpful aspects, primarily in the support team’s willingness to answer questions once contacted, the initial confusion on wording added unnecessary effort and delay. This area stuck out the most to me as something that detracted from what might otherwise be a straightforward process.
