The point when the system finally made sense
Initially, I wasn't quite sure how much of the setup process was just one-off versus what I'd need to maintain regularly. The training was helpful, but the real moment it clicked was when I started using the calling tools daily alongside the database. That ongoing use clarified many things that seemed confusing during onboarding. The support system was accessible but didn't need to be contacted often once I was past the initial phase. Payment and invoicing stayed consistent without surprises, which helped take some stress off. While not everything was perfectly smooth - some updates brought unexpected changes - it never felt overwhelming after that first week. So, I'd say the software grew on me after the setup struggle, and I found my rhythm. It’s not perfect, but it did eventually become intuitive enough to work comfortably with.
