The point it clicked and where it didn’t quite
When I first started with WFHI, I thought the onboarding and support would guide me through every step without any gaps. Initially, signing up was quite straightforward and the invoicing process was smooth, so I felt assured. During training, the explanations about the calling tools were clear enough, which helped me get going quickly. However, when it came to the database feature, things got a bit tricky. The documentation was a little vague, and I found myself figuring out some details on my own. That’s when I realized that support was somewhat limited in proactive guidance at this point. Later, the telephonic support was responsive but often gave me answers that were a bit generic, making me wait until I tested things in practice. The moment it really clicked was when I understood how the automatic updates maintained the software without disrupting my work, and that built my confidence. Still, I feel like a little more active support during the complex parts would have helped. Overall, a mix of smooth parts and some learning on my own.
