The path to support felt longer than it should have
I reached out multiple times seeking assistance on some software features that were not working as expected for me. The initial telephonic support was polite but not very efficient, requiring several back-and-forth calls. Each time I called back, I had to explain my issue again since the records or notes from previous interactions seemed inadequate to fully grasp my problem. The ticket escalation process felt slow, and sometimes my calls were routed through different personnel, resulting in repetitive explanations. Despite their efforts, the resolution stretched over multiple days, which disrupted my work rhythm. I had hoped the communication would be more streamlined and proactive. While the automatic updates kept the software up to date without me intervening, the human side of support took more effort than anticipated. I recognize the team is trying, but the inefficiency in the communication flow made the experience taxing. A better internal coordination or a single point of contact could ease this process significantly. I wished the whole support journey required less repetition and waiting so that customers could get back to their workflows faster without excess hassle.
