The overall experience felt like a slow but steady journey
Right from the moment I showed interest in the WFHI software to the final stage of sales, the process felt a bit drawn out. Initially, I encountered quite a few repetitions in the information requests which made me feel like I was going in circles. On the plus side, the pre-purchase team was patient and polite during calls, answering my questions without rush. The waiting times between steps, especially before getting access to the trial version, were somewhat long, which tested my patience. However, once I was inside the software, the setup and onboarding felt reasonable and clear. The invoicing and sign-up stages were straightforward, which balanced out some of the earlier inconveniences. Overall, the process did teach me a lot about what working with remote workflows involves, and while it wasn’t the fastest or most seamless experience, it was informative. If I were to describe the entire sales journey to a colleague, I’d probably say it was like a slow but steady journey — not without its bumps, but moving forward with a clear purpose.
