The order was so confusing it never really clicked

You have to understand that the way you structured support was frustrating. Every time I reached out, it seemed like the steps were scattered and not in any logical order. One moment I’d be told to do something with the database, then later I’d have to revert to the dialer setup, which made me lose track of where I was supposed to be. It didn’t click how the different parts fit together because the guidance wasn’t consistent or linear at all. For someone trying to get up to speed quickly, you needed to have a more straightforward sequence. I did appreciate that the telephonic assistance was friendly, but even that couldn’t fix how disorganized the flow felt. Honestly, it’s hard to recommend based on how the whole process left me confused about what to do next at each step. You might want to rethink how the support unfolds for newcomers.
