The order of support steps didn’t click for me
At first, I was optimistic when I called the telephonic support hoping to get some guidance about the software's usage and billing. The support agent was polite and tried to help; however, the steps they recommended came across as a bit jumbled. For example, they asked me to check certain database features before fully completing the onboarding, which caused confusion. I can understand the reasoning behind it, as sometimes technical setups need to be verified in a certain sequence. But for me, it wasn’t a sensible or intuitive order, making me feel a bit frustrated. On the positive side, the automatic updates meant that any software glitches were often addressed without my direct involvement, which was a relief. Still, when I asked about payment processes, the support gave me well-structured information, though it required multiple calls to get everything clear. Eventually, I realized that despite the helpfulness of support staff, the way the steps were arranged didn’t really work for my situation. I’m left feeling the whole experience could benefit a lot if the order of guidance was reconsidered for better clarity.
