The order of steps was a bit surprising to me
I’ve been trying out the software and what caught me off guard initially was how the onboarding steps were arranged. I was expecting a more linear flow, where you get set up completely in a straightforward line from signing up to accessing the dialer and database. Instead, it felt a bit back and forth. For example, after signing up, I was prompted to install some tools but then told to go back and confirm some profile details. It made me wonder if I missed something or was moving too fast. However, once I figured that out and got the hang of the dialer functionality, it was pretty smooth. The database management feature also seemed useful but I had to spend some extra time understanding how the entries linked to the calling tools. In truth, the automatic updates helped fix some minor issues without me having to do anything extra, which was pretty convenient. Overall, the flow made sense by the time I was done, but the surprises in the order made starting a bit slower than I expected. So, while it’s not perfect, it’s workable once you settle into the rhythm and get past that initial stage.
