The order of steps never really clicked for me

I tried following the onboarding and access steps in the sequence suggested by WFHI, but frankly, it didn't all come together in a sensible order for me. I expected that setting up software and then moving on to training and database configuration would follow a natural progression, but I encountered some confusion that made it harder. Some steps felt out of place or were a bit unclear about whether I needed to complete one piece before starting another. It took me several attempts to get access fully working, and even then, I wasn't convinced it was quite right. The sign-up and invoicing system were okay, but combined with software access troubles, the whole experience did not flow as smoothly as I thought it would. I appreciated the automated updates, but the disorganized access process overshadowed that benefit. The moment it didn't click was when I realized I'd been trying to run parts of the setup out of order without realizing the instructions implied something else. It left me a bit frustrated and honestly questioning if I'd get it sorted without spending more time than I expected.
