The order of sales steps was mostly sensible, with one slight glitch
The sales and pre-purchase experience with WFHI followed a logical order for the most part. I appreciated how clear the initial sign-up and demo steps were arranged, which made it easy to understand what I was getting into. However, at one point, I found the sequence got a bit confusing when some follow-up communications came before I had fully digested earlier information about the software’s features. On the positive side, this didn’t derail the overall flow since each interaction was responsive and polite, but the timing could have been smoother to let me feel fully prepared at each stage. I think this small disconnect slightly weakened an otherwise well-run process, but it was not enough to make me doubt the value or seriousness of the service. I can see how some would find it a bit rushed, though.
