The ongoing training felt a bit lacking in follow-up

While the initial onboarding with WFHI was okay, I found that the training experience during daily use wasn’t quite as strong. The materials covered the basics but didn’t really include much support or guidance as I encountered new features or needed to troubleshoot issues later on. This made the learning curve a little steeper than I expected once the routine work started. I suppose it was alright for getting started, but I missed having refresher content or interactive check-ins to help me improve over time. The software itself updated automatically, which was helpful, but the training did not really evolve with the new features. It felt like I was left to navigate much of the ongoing learning on my own without sufficient structured assistance. I think some more day-to-day follow-up or accessible tips could have been useful to fill that gap in user support.
