The One-Thing That Made Setup Chill
When I first started with WFHI's training and onboarding, I was expecting a complex maze of setups that keep popping up as daily tasks, but surprisingly, most of it felt like a one-off deal. The initial walkthrough took some time, sure, but after that, it was smooth sailing. What really stood out to me was how the onboarding flow was designed to make you self-sufficient quickly, not trapping you in endless follow-up classes or confusing drills. The software training sessions were straightforward and to the point, focusing on what really matters for running remote workflows efficiently. I liked that the dialer and other calling tools were introduced early on, letting me play around with them to get comfortable. Ongoing tweaks and updates seem to happen automatically, so I’m not stressed about keeping everything manually up to date. Honestly, this easy setup and reliable support made diving into remote work less stressful than I imagined, and it's definitely a relief when most of the heavy lifting is done up front without surprises later on.
