The one thing I really liked here
I tried WFHI’s software after using other options for remote workflow training and management, and honestly, it didn’t meet my needs as I had hoped. Compared to what I was used to, the onboarding was slower and less intuitive, which was disappointing because I was eager to start. The invoicing and payment system was easy enough, which was one thing I could say was good. But the overall layout of the software felt cluttered, and the dialer’s calling tools weren’t as responsive as in previous programs I tried. I guess the training materials had some value but weren’t tailored well to my level. So while I was initially mildly enthusiastic about switching over, the practical experience left me frustrated and doubting if this was a better fit than the platform I’d used before. I’d say the ease of payment was the only positive I took away amidst some fairly significant setbacks.
