The one part that stood out was how much I self-figured in training
While the training materials offered a good overview, I realized very quickly that a significant chunk of the learning had to come from personal experimentation with the software. The onboarding flow introduced me to the core concepts, but many specific features, especially in managing the database and using the dialer, required a lot of trial and error on my part. The automatic updates meant the interface sometimes changed without prior notice, which occasionally caused confusion. Despite these issues, the telephonic support staff provided timely assistance when I reached out, which improved my overall experience. The sign-up and invoicing process was straightforward with clear instructions and little hassle. If I have to point out the standout aspect, its definitely how much I had to figure out on my own rather than through guided training. That's not necessarily bad, but it is something new users should be prepared for. Still, the software is useful and strong enough once you get past this initial challenge.
