The one part that really needed my morning coffee

The one part that really needed my morning coffee

When I first got into the billing and payments part of the software, I quickly saw that I had to figure a fair bit out myself. Not that the process was unclear per se, but it wasn't as hand-holding as I'd assumed. That initial sign-up, payment, and invoice receipt sequence was straightforward, though I found myself circling back to double-check what I had selected each time because I wasn’t 100% sure on the plan details at first. The automatic updates didn't throw any curveballs, so that was a relief; the software seemed to evolve quietly in the background. Despite all that, it was still very manageable on my end, but I can't hide the fact that the part that stood out was having to manage most of the billing details myself without much guidance. That said, once I got used to it, the process felt fairly routine and predictable after that point. Overall, I was glad to have the control but I think a tad more initial walkthrough could help others.
