The one-off setup was smooth but ongoing updates needed clearer communication
Looking back, the initial setup of the WFHI software was mostly a one-time effort that went quite smoothly. I was able to get the calling tools up and running and started using the dialer and database features within a few days. The telephonic support was readily available when I needed help during that phase, which made things easier. However, as time passed, the automatic updates introduced occasional glitches that required me to contact support again. While the updates are meant to improve the workflow, ongoing communication about what was changing could have been better. That aspect wasn’t clearly explained upfront when I was onboarding. Billing and payments were straightforward and didn’t present problems. Overall, the initial launch felt efficient, but some elements of ongoing maintenance and support could benefit from more transparent and proactive updates. The telephonic assistance was good but reactive rather than anticipatory, which impacted my experience over the longer term.
