The one bright spot was the training material
To be honest, my experience with the daily behaviour of WFHI’s platform was somewhat disappointing. While the onboarding felt okay at first, as days passed I noticed that the software sometimes lagged during calls, which made using the dialer frustrating. The database feature, which should streamline workflows, occasionally froze or updated too slowly for my needs. That said, the training and onboarding materials stood out as a strong positive aspect. The tutorials were clear and easy to follow, which helped me figure things out despite the inconsistent performance. Even so, having to repeatedly deal with technical hiccups in day to day usage took a toll on my overall impression. Telephonic support was polite but the solutions offered did not always resolve my persistent problems. I wish the platform were more reliable after the initial setup; software glitches make it tougher to build confidence in remote workflows. Payment and invoicing processes worked fine without any surprises, so that at least was smooth. Overall, the training was the one aspect that consistently delivered value over time.
