The onboarding was frustrating, but the dialer was okay
I’ve tried onboarding with other workflow tools before, and honestly, the whole experience here wasn’t as smooth as I expected. They start you off with training modules that felt outdated compared to what I used in the past, and it took longer than necessary just to get a grip on the basics. The step-by-step onboarding promised was more like a jumble — I had to repeat certain tasks and often go back to previous modules, which was frustrating. On the flip side, I should say that the dialer call system itself worked reasonably well. Even though the customer service was slow to respond initially, once I got the hang of the calling software and how the database synced contacts, that part felt more reliable. It just doesn’t make up for the confusing onboarding that slowed me down and felt worse than my previous experiences elsewhere. Also, the payments and invoice system felt standard, not a highlight either. I’m circling back to my main gripe: the training and onboarding didn’t feel intuitive or well-sequenced. It wasn’t clear how the updates change the software, so I missed out on planned improvements at times. Overall, I can’t say it fully met the expectations set by other platforms I’ve used, even if a couple of features worked decently well. I hope they fix the onboarding to make starting less painful, but for now, I’m not exactly enthusiastic.
