The onboarding steps surprised me with their logical flow
I found the training and onboarding process with WFHI surprisingly well-organized. The steps progressed in a logical order that made it easy to follow and adapt quickly. Even as someone who hadn’t dealt with remote workflow software before, I was able to get up to speed without feeling overwhelmed. The initial modules were straightforward and prepared me adequately for the more advanced features. This sequencing made the entire experience feel quite natural. Also, the way they integrated the database and calling tools explanation early on helped me connect the dots from day one. Overall, it was an unexpectedly smooth introduction that built my confidence quickly.
