The onboarding steps did not click for me at all
The training and onboarding process did not work well for me, primarily because the steps seemed out of order and confusing. At one point, I was asked to configure the dialer before receiving proper instruction on the database feature, which felt counterintuitive and made it difficult to understand how the system was supposed to flow. This mismatch in sequence meant I spent a lot of time going back and forth, trying to adjust settings blindly without grasping the full picture. While some parts of the training were vaguely clear, the lack of a coherent progression left me feeling lost. Communication with support tried to help but usually responded with generic advice rather than structured step guidance. Because of this, the moment it should have clicked—the cohesive linking of all components into a working workflow—never really happened. The whole experience was frustrating and prolonged beyond what I expected. Given this, I cannot say the steps made sense to me in any logical order, which significantly hindered my ability to get going confidently with the software.
