The onboarding steps clicked well after some time
When I started the training, I was a bit skeptical because I expected some confusion or jumping back and forth between modules. But actually, the steps were in a pretty sensible order that helped me understand the software progressively. The moment it clicked was when I reached the part about setting up the dialer and how it links with the database feature. That made all the previous info feel connected rather than separate pieces. So while I went in expecting to be overwhelmed at some point, the structure actually helped me gain confidence quickly. It’s definitely better compared to other platforms where training can feel like you’re running in circles.
