The onboarding steps began well but some follow-ups felt out of sync
Reflecting on the sales and pre-purchase experience, I noticed that the initial steps were quite sensible. Signing up and setting up the invoicing system felt natural and straightforward. The training sessions followed a logical progression, and the explanations about how the dialer integrates with the database were clear. However, later on, some steps like scheduling telephonic support and managing automatic updates felt less coordinated. There were moments when I wasn’t sure if the updates were tailored to my specific workflow or more generic. The order of these steps sometimes caused minor confusion, especially because support responses occasionally lagged. While the process began on solid footing, the sequencing towards ongoing support and update handling could improve. This made me hesitate whether the entire journey was well designed from start to finish, though some particular parts, like the initial sign-up and payment setup, worked well.
