The onboarding step with video tutorials really stood out
So, I’ve tried a few remote workflow softwares before, and honestly the training here was a lot smoother. They had these bite-sized video tutorials that you could watch anytime, which was super helpful because I could pause and try stuff out rather than just reading manuals or sitting through long webinars. The onboarding felt quite interactive compared to what I’d used earlier. But I did find one part a bit overwhelming — the initial setup had so many options that I felt a little lost at first, though the training helped clear that up eventually. Overall, the hands-on approach during onboarding felt more user-friendly than some other platforms I’ve seen. It’s definitely not perfect but I’d say it's a big step up, and I’m enjoying how it guides me through tasks without making me jump through hoops. I think I’ll be using it more because it fits my style better than others.
