the onboarding sequence made sense till that one particular step stood out
I’d say the training and onboarding sequence was mostly logical and quite easy to follow. The step where I first got introduced to the dialer software was especially notable; it clicked right away how to set up calling lists and use the database together, which made things much easier. There was a moment when I had to configure the automatic updates, and although the instructions weren’t extremely detailed, I figured it out after playing around a bit. Most stages flowed in a sensible order starting from the sign-up, then moving through invoicing, finalizing payments, and finally mastering the calling tools. The telephonic support was helpful when I needed it but wasn’t overly pushy or intrusive. I liked that the training balanced specificity well enough without overwhelming me with too many technicalities in one go. For the most part, each module seemed to build on the previous one logically, so it felt like a straight path to competency. If I were to explain this to a friend, I’d say it’s a pretty straightforward system to get started with, even if you have to pause sometimes and think through the updates or database syncing part. I felt confident to go back and repeat a section if I needed clarification; overall, the process was competent and practical.
