the onboarding piece that really stood out
Looking back on the time I spent setting up WorkFromHomeIndia's software, the training was what impressed me the most. It wasn’t just a one-off session giving a general overview; rather, the onboarding flow emphasized the elements I’d need repeatedly, like managing the database and using the dialer effectively. That continuous focus meant after initial setup, I wasn’t left scrambling or guessing how to handle updates or calling tools in daily use. The automatic updates themselves also brought improvements without interrupting work, which I really appreciated. Though it has been a while since I started, I still find the foundation that was laid during training incredibly helpful. It was definitely more than a single introduction; it was an ongoing support base that made maintaining remote workflows less frustrating over time. The clarity in how the software’s features fit with my workflow is what really stood out to me.
