The onboarding moment that clicked... almost
When I first started the WFHI training and onboarding, I wasn’t quite sure how confident I’d feel by the end. The initial sessions were a bit overwhelming; lots of new terms and steps to follow which didn’t immediately make sense. However, as the training progressed, I gradually understood how the software’s database and calling tools fit together in a remote workflow. There was a moment during the dialer tutorial when it suddenly clicked—the process became clear, and I felt I could really use the tools effectively. Still, there were some lingering uncertainties, especially about how updates might affect day-to-day operations. The onboarding flow was mostly smooth, but the pace sometimes felt fast, leaving me hesitant whether I had absorbed everything needed to start. The telephonic support helped to clarify some doubts later, which was reassuring. So, while my confidence grew, I wouldn’t say it was complete by the end of the training. I think with more practice and experience, this would get better. The mix of clarity and confusion left me cautiously optimistic about using the platform.
