The onboarding made sense once I saw the whole process

Initially, I was a bit confused about the order of support steps during onboarding. Some parts felt like they were jumping between topics, making it tough to follow. However, after reaching the database integration section, I understood why certain tools were introduced earlier. The moment everything clicked was when the calling dialer training aligned with the database feature. It became obvious that each step built on the previous one logically. Although I wished the initial documentation was clearer on this sequence, the telephonic support guided me patiently when I called. Overall, I appreciate the method but would suggest a better roadmap upfront to avoid early confusion. Payment and invoicing felt straight enough and didn’t add to the complexity.
