The onboarding left me frustrated
I found the training process really confusing. No matter how much I tried to follow along, things just didn’t click for me. I ended up needing help that I felt should have been avoided if the onboarding had been clearer. It was disappointing because I expected something more straightforward and user-friendly. This really left a bad taste in my mouth.
