The onboarding lacked detailed step-by-step guidance
Looking back, I realized most of the training felt like figuring things out by myself. There was some instruction during sign-up and initial software access, but many practical aspects like using the dialer effectively or managing the database required trial and error. The automatic updates happened without much explanation, so I wasn’t always sure what had changed. Telephonic support was sometimes helpful but not consistent enough to fully rely on. Overall, the missing detailed, guided walkthrough made the onboarding experience less seamless than I had hoped, and it required more self-learning than expected to get comfortable with the software’s functions.
