The onboarding labels took more effort than expected
I tried to follow the training and onboarding steps with genuine patience, but the wording and labels used throughout felt more confusing than helpful to me. The instructions attempted to guide me, yet at several points I found the terms ambiguous, which slowed my progress considerably. This was especially true during the initial setup where clarity is most critical. While I appreciate that some effort went into the design of the system, the inconsistency in terminology made it hard to be confident about completing each step correctly. I ended up spending much time toggling back and forth between sections trying to understand what was expected. The software’s training content could benefit from revisiting these labels and simplifying language to reduce mental effort for new users like me. Had that been the case, I might have gotten past the onboarding without frustration. Regrettably, for me the whole process was a taxing experience, not rewarding in return for the effort invested. The onboarding flow and training could stand improvements to better align wording with user expectations, which currently feel mismatched. In its present form, I found the struggle outweighed the gains and so my experience remains largely negative.
