The onboarding involved a fair bit of back-and-forth effort
I found the training and onboarding process with WorkFromHomeIndia quite mixed in terms of efficiency. Initially, there was a good flow where the introductory materials and videos were helpful to set the basics. However, at certain points, I experienced waiting times between sessions, which felt a little slow to move forward. There was some repetition involved during the software setup instructions; some steps were explained multiple times, which became a bit tedious after a while. That said, the interactive parts where I could practice using the dialer alongside the trainer were valuable and clarified my doubts well. Establishing my profile and database integration took some time, partly due to automatic updates that seemed to reset progress occasionally, causing minor delays. The overall effort required was moderate, with moments of both clarity and frustration. I appreciated the telephonic support during tricky parts, though sometimes it took a call to get a response. The invoicing and payment process was straightforward and well-explained, which helped maintain motivation. On the whole, this onboarding demanded consistent effort and patience, but I saw steady progress throughout despite some inefficiencies.
